Mon., November 6 PJK “Grownups Please Vote” stickers distributed to all Unit 5 primary schools, St. Mary’s School day!

Tues., November 7 Election Day: go to the polls with your grown ups! 6:30 a.m.-9 p.m.

Wed., November 15 Pizza and Jamal Nassar talk, titled “Focus on the Middle East: What the Future Holds for Kids” 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Mon., November 27 Yvonne Bezerra de Melo at Chiddix Junior High School 2-5 p.m.

(Maybe!) PJK dinner with Yvonne 5-7 p.m.

Film documentary “Warrior of Light” at the Normal Theater 7-9 p.m.

Fri., December 1 DRESS UP for opening night performance of “Hopeless Spinning” at ISU 7-10 p.m.

BNCPJ-sponosored “Eyes Wide Open” display at Bone Student Center ????

Sun., November 18 PJK regulary meeting at UU church 4-6 p.m.

Discussion about helping kids not get overwhelmed with too many commitments
It’s OKAY to take a break from PJK! The group will keep the momentum up without kids who need a breather. NO GUILT!
It’s important for us to learn to pace ourselves, just like adults need to in order to sustain our P&J efforts for the long haul.
