- Decision making process:
    - after much discussion, decided:
        - non-response after 5 days means don't care
        - urgent issues need only 2 days, but anyone who doesn't respond must be called
        - continue to operate by consensus unless someone declares majority rule
            - consensus means no one wants to block an action
        
- Next month's agenda:
     - after much discussion, decided:
        - we'll spend November meeting preparing to canvass for allies.
        - we'll have specific dates and times in November for canvassing prepared.        
         
- we're getting rid of the discussion email list and replacing it with a discussion website
    - no registration means anyone can come and go as they please.
    - discussion website will be pointed to in every email on the main list.
